What we collect
We collect your email address when you join the Clime waitlist. We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or any other personal information at this stage.
How we use it
We use your email address only to tell you when Clime becomes available in your postcode, to share launch updates, and to answer questions you send us. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or share your email address with third parties. We only share it with the small number of service providers who help us run our email service, and only where they need it to deliver emails on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you ask us to delete it, or until we stop operating the waitlist. If you ask to be removed, we delete your address within 48 hours.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your email address, tell you what we hold, or correct it at any time. To make a request, email us at privacy@climehome.co.uk.
Cookies and tracking
The Clime website does not use cookies or trackers to collect personal information. We only collect the email address you choose to give us.
